Grief Works

Understand your grief and feel more supported

Grief is deeply personal. It can feel like a fog, or like the world has shifted while you’ve stood still. You might wonder if what you’re feeling is “normal.” You might feel lost, or tired of holding it all together. And sometimes, the people you hoped would support you — friends, family, even those closest to you — just can’t. Not because they don’t care, but because they don’t know how. But healing becomes more possible when we feel supported. The more we’re held, the more we can begin to find steady ground again. These questions are here to help you gently explore what you’re going through. And as you answer them, we can offer guidance tailored to you: to help soothe some of the pain, ease the weight you’re carrying, and walk with you as you heal. There are no right or wrong answers here. Everything you feel is valid. Take your time.
